Initiatives to Reduce Environmental Impact (Sustainability Services)
Fukuda and Partners aims to contribute to society for the next generation by creating facilities that are environmentally friendly and BCP-compliant.
Based on the knowledge and experience we have gained through the creation of logistics facilities, we offer seven sustainability services starting from the basic planning stage, enabling us to support our clients in creating the sustainable facilities they are aiming for.

| ⑤ Embodied carbon simulation | Visualization of CO2 emissions during the construction phase from the basic planning stage, as well as proposals for structural construction methods and exterior materials that most effectively reduce CO2 emissions. |
| ⑥ Support for environmental grants | Organize, propose, and support application for subsidies that can be obtained according to each property’s schedule for the items and contents of subsidies provided by the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and local governments. |

Our approach to ZEB in designing and consulting
Our goal is to have at least 50% of our design and consulting orders in FY2025 be for ZEB(*) buildings.

A building that aims to achieve a comfortable indoor environment and significant energy savings by controlling energy load through advanced building design, adopting building technology that maximizes the use of natural energy, and introducing efficient equipment systems, while achieving a zero annual primary energy balance through the introduction of renewable energy. The building is designed to achieve a zero annual primary energy balance by adopting renewable energy.
