Form of Contract
1. Annual Contract : Functional support services for client’s “Construction Department” and “Real Estate Department”
We serve as a partner for customers who do not have specialized departments such as the Construction Department, the Real estate Department, and the Development Department, and provide a functional support. We also provide custom-made service to meet customer needs.
2. Project-based Contracts
You can select the required tasks according to your needs and utilize the expertise only when necessary. In addition, it is possible to entrust project management operations that are promoted collectively by making use of F&P’s mobility.

In order to provide customers with a wide range of services, F&P is able to select only those tasks that are necessary to meet the needs and utilize our expertise. It is possible to entrust project management operations that are promoted collectively by leveraging F&P’s strengths and mobility.
