The position is an intermediate level position, where the individual must have past experience in receptionist and general back office support. Immediate responsibilities include:
- Receive and greet clients, provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with all tenants, resolve complaints/issues quickly.
- Manage building maintenance companies to ensure properties are always clean.
- Act as liaison between tenants and building Management Company.
- General office management, including filing documents, emails, reports etc.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, oversee the cleanliness of meeting rooms.
- Assistance management of tenant leasing based on following the boss directions.
- Attend regular meeting, make/report meeting minutes whenever required.
- Collection and update of real estate information and situation at regularly.
- Translate Myanmar into Japanese or English.
- Participate in local events to develop the customer network.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
