JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is an entry to mid-level position, where the individual must have experience in commercial or industrial Architectural BIM operation. Immediate responsibilities include:
- Perform detailed Architectural drawings using BIM/CAD applications as directed by the Director or Team Leader.
- Prepare as-built drawings while supporting team leaders.
- Support material and product research for projects.
- Ensure for all drawings to comply with the requirements specified by permitting authority.
- Revise drawings and ensure all data affected by any modifications.
- Ensure established deadlines are met.
- Travel regularly to building/facility sites, attend client meetings as required.
- Develop good relationships with local real estate companies etc., provide high quality service to our clients.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
- University Graduate.
- Language Skills： Japanese : N4 or higher（English a plus)
- PC Skill：Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Experience operating CAD (JW-CAD, AUTOCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of civil engineering at construction company
- Certificate in MEC or RE is a plus

The Opportunity
Successful Candidate will have travel to Japan for training and temporary transfer(work in Japan) system available.
