Basic Handling of Personal Information

• In order to properly manage personal information a person in charge of management of personal information will be designated and will coordinate an in-house management system. All persons engaged in the business will comply with these rules.
• The purpose and scope of use of personal information will be clearly defined and within the scope necessary to achieve such purpose will not use such information for any other purpose.
• Personal information will be stored and managed in a secure location. Personal information that is no longer needed will be disposed of or destroyed securely in an appropriate method.
• In the event personal information is compromised, we will immediately notify all related parties and all relevant business related companies, and take all necessary response measures to minimize damages.
• We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, company policies and other norms relevant to personal information.
• In order to reflect changes in laws, social situations and the demands of our business partners, we will continue to review and improve our handling of personal information and our company regulations concerning personal information.
