In October 2019, we held a female employee training sessions for two days at HAPPO-EN in Shirokanedai, Tokyo. The discussion was focused on the theme of "Toward the Further Active Participation of Employees" from the viewpoint of females. In addition to the Tokyo Head Office, female employees from all local departments and Myanmar group companies also participated.
