The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki IV”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on October 14, 2021.　

　　

This facility is the fifth project to complete construction as the LOGIFRONT series, a logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., and is planned to be a specialized (BTS type) logistics facility, Okamura Corporation.

The project site is located near the “Amagasaki Higashikaigan” IC on the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Route and is close to population concentrated area and is ideal in terms of employment.

F&P prepared a volume design at the point when Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate was considering the project at this site, and after the tenant was determined, F&P took charge of design supervision and construction supervision.

We hope this facility will play a part in social infrastructure and contribute to the further business development of both Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Okamura Corporation.
