The groundbreaking ceremony of Tokyo Land Corporation/Itochu Corporation/Itochu Property Development, Ltd.’s “(tentative name) LOGI’Q Hasuda”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on June 27, 2024.
This project is located approximately 1.7 km from the Shiraoka-Shobu Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. It is an ideal location for a logistics hub, not only for wide-area distribution to the Kanto region using the Ken-O Expressway, but also for easy access to the Tohoku Expressway.
This project is a four-story, 98,370.86㎡ multi-purpose dry warehouse. It makes the most of its location, with flexible zoning that allows up to six tenants to use the facility, and direct access from the national highway to the second floor berth.
As part of our project management work, we have been supervising the checking, verification and design review of basic and implementation designs. From now on, we will be in charge of construction supervision work, checking and verifying appropriate processes, costs, quality, etc.
We will continue to promote this project with the aim of creating a high-quality facility that meets the needs of our customers, with completion scheduled for January 2026.
