The construction of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP HayashimaⅢ” was completed.

2025/04/03

The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP HayashimaⅢ” , which F&P provided design and construction supervision, was held on February 20, 2025.

This facility was developed as a BTS-type logistics facility and is dedicated to the logistics division of Ryobi Holdings, Ryobi Transport Co., Ltd.
Located approximately 1.9 km from the Hayashima IC on the Seto-Chuo Expressway and Sanyo Expressway, it is a suitable location for both wide-area transport and local delivery, as a hub connecting Osaka with the Kyushu region, and for transport and delivery to the major urban areas of Kansai and Chugoku/Shikoku, as well as to the San-in region.

We supervised the project from the basic design stage to construction completion.
This facility is a three-story box-type building with both low-floor and high-floor berths, and is designed to meet a variety of needs. In addition, in order to provide a comfortable working environment for employees, a lounge for employees has been prepared, and air conditioning equipment has been installed in the warehouse.

In terms of BCP, the site is located on high ground, so it is also resistant to flood damage and other water-related risks. It also has an earthquake-resistant structure. The building has also been certified for its environmental performance (CASBEE (new construction) A rank certification, BELS certification ★★★★★, ZEB certification), with consideration given to the environment.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd., Ryobi Transport Co., Ltd. and GLP Japan Inc. We will continue to support the creation of high-quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
