The groundbreaking ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate’s “AS-LOGI Suzuka”, which we are providing project management service, was held on March 31, 2025.

This facility is the first logistics facility development project in the Chubu area for TC Kobelco Real Estate.

The site is located approximately 2.3km from the Suzuka Interchange on the Higashi-Meihan Expressway and approximately 7.3km from the Suzuka PA Smart Interchange on the Shimmei Expressway, making it ideal for small-lot deliveries to Yokkaichi, Kuwana, Nagoya, Matsusaka and Tsu. In addition, by using the Shimmei Expressway and Meihan National Highway (National Route 25), it is possible to travel to the Kansai region by multiple routes, making it a location highly anticipated not only as a distribution hub within Mie Prefecture, but also as a wide-area distribution hub.

We were in charge of the project from the basic plan to the design supervision phase.

We will continue to support this project through construction supervision services, aiming to create a high-quality facility that meets the needs of our customers, with the highest priority on zero accidents and zero injuries, towards the completion of the building scheduled in March 2026.
