The groundbreaking ceremony of Mitsui ＆ Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “(tentative name) Ageo-shi Nakaarai Logistics Center Project”, which F&P provides construction management service, was held on March 6, 2025.

This facility is located approximately 8.0 km from the Okegawa-Kitamoto Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway, and has good access to the Ken-O Expressway and National Route 16, making it an ideal location for deliveries to the metropolitan area.

In this project, we provided project management and design supervision to promote the project.

In the design phase, we were involved from the basic design supervision phase, and we confirmed whether the specifications required by the customer were reflected in the plan. In the construction phase, we will continue to promote this project by checking the progress and quality of the construction.

We will continue to contribute to the completion of a high-quality logistics facility, with completion scheduled for the end of April 2026.
