The completion ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Noda Ⅱ”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on February 26, 2025.

This facility is located approximately 6.2km from the Kashiwa Interchange on the Joban Expressway, and is also close to the Kashiwa Interchange within Noda City. It is also easily accessible from National Route 16, making it an ideal location for deliveries to the wider area and the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition, there is a 24-hour convenience store next to the site, and there are also distribution facilities in the neighboring area, making it a location where the facility can operate around the clock.

The facility is a 4-story box-type building that can be rented as a whole or in parts to meet the needs of tenants. Some of the berths can also be used as parking spaces.

The site is located in a location with a low risk of flooding, which is rare in Noda City, and the facility is equipped with a 72-hour emergency generator in preparation for disasters, and is designed with BCP consideration. In addition, the building is environmentally friendly, with solar power generation equipment installed and environmental certifications (BELS certification ★★★★★★, CASBEE rank A, DBJ Green Building ★★★★) obtained.

Our company provided overall support for this project, including basic plan supervision, design supervision, and construction supervision.
