The construction of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K.’s “LF Yatabe” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K.’s “LF Yatabe”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision, was held on February 4, 2025.

“LF Yatabe” is a four-story, 80,000m² multi-tenant logistics facility with a ramp on the first and second floors. The tenant warehouse area is available for lease as a single building, and it is also possible to divide the first and fourth floors, or the second and third floors, into two or three sections on each floor, so a maximum of six tenants can occupy the facility as a whole,. The building has parking for approximately 170 passenger cars and 7 trucks, and has the electrical capacity to support the installation of air conditioning throughout the warehouse, so it can flexibly respond to the various needs of tenants. In addition, the building has a cafeteria and a shop in the common area, providing a comfortable space for those who work in the facility and drivers.

We created preliminary design drawings from the initial phase of acquiring the land for the project, and then provided support for land acquisition, and then supervised the design and construction phases to ensure the project was carried out smoothly.

This project has received BELS 6 Star and ZEB Ready certification, and is also scheduled to receive CASBEE (A rank) certification in the coming future. In addition, the facility is equipped with solar power generation equipment installed on the roof by a solar power generation company, and an emergency generator has been installed as a BCP measure in preparation for disasters, making it a facility with sustainability features for commercial real estate.
