The construction of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Tokorozawa” was completed.

The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Tokorozawa”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision, was held on December 10, 2024.

This facility is a BTS-type logistics facility developed as a dedicated facility for Kantsu Co., Ltd.
Located within 30 km of the urban area, the facility is a four-story with a total floor area of 27,902.59 ㎡, located approximately 2.3 km from the Tokorozawa IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway and approximately 3 km from the Miyoshi Smart IC on the Ken-O Expressway.

Our company supervised the project from the basic design phase through to completion of construction.
This facility has been designed to provide a comfortable working environment for employees, and it is equipped with a restaurant with a full kitchen, shower rooms, and large ceiling fans in the warehouse.

The site is located on a plateau with a strong foundation, so the risk of flooding and other disasters is very low. Furthermore, the building is equipped with a water storage tank to prepare for heavy rain and flooding, giving it BCP capabilities.
The building has also been certified for its environmental friendliness (CASBEE (new construction) A rank certification, ZEB-Ready certification).
