The opening ceremony of LOGISTEED Chemical, Ltd.’s “LOGISTEED Chemical Kansai Logistics Center (Kyoto Kameoka)”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision service, was held on December 19, 2024.

This facility is located approximately 1.1 km from the “Shino” IC on the Kyoto Jukan Expressway, making it very convenient for transportation, and with residential areas spreading out around it, it is a hazardous materials warehouse facility with an attached office and sorting facility that is also advantageous for tenant companies to secure employment.

We were involved in the project from the site survey, and were in charge of the basic plan, selection of the design and construction company, supervision of the basic and implementation designs, and construction supervision, through to the completion of the project.

This facility has introduced an automated guided vehicle for outdoor use for the first time in the operations of the business owner, and is working to reduce the workload of workers and improve efficiency.
In terms of environmental considerations, the building is equipped with energy-saving and energy-generating facilities such as solar power generation and LED lighting.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of LOGISTEED Chemical, Ltd.
