The completion ceremony of Nagai Express Co., Ltd.’s “NEX Uki Logistics Center”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on November 26, 2024.

The site is located approximately 1.0 km from the Matsuhashi Interchange, which is almost halfway along the Kyushu Expressway that runs north to south through Kyushu, and faces the Matsuhashi Bypass on National Route 3, making it an ideal location for access to the wider Kyushu area.
The building is a single-story steel-frame structure that serves as a dedicated facility with both dry and frozen/refrigerated storage areas.

This project began with the basic plan in February 2023, and after the basic and implementation design supervision process, construction began in February 2024 and was successfully completed within the construction period.

We have been supporting the project by carrying out the basic plan and supervising the design work carried out by the selected general contractor. An important issue in this project was to organize the conditions for the frozen and refrigerated storage facilities in the early stages of the design process and accurately reflect them in the plan. It was also necessary to consider the relationship with the existing facilities on the site, and to design a facility that would function as a complete site.
