The opening ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Toyonaka Project”, which F&P provided supervision service, was held on November 20, 2024.

The site is located just 1km from Itami Airport, and is about 7 minutes from the Toyonaka Interchange on the Hanshin Expressway and 6 minutes from the Osaka Airport Interchange. It is a rare location with excellent access to major areas in Osaka and Hyogo, and is also close to residential areas, making it an advantageous location for securing employment.
This facility was developed as a BTS-type logistics facility for Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. and is designed to function as a last-mile delivery base for Toyonaka City, with a layout that is suitable for the entry and exit of many vehicles. By installing sprinklers on all floors, it is possible to allow delivery vehicles to enter the entire building while meeting safety standards based on laws and regulations, and access to upper floors is possible by installing ramps

In this context, our company has contributed to the promotion of projects by conducting design reviews and providing advice as needed during the design phase.

We will be involved in supervising the construction work, and will contribute to the completion of a high-quality logistics facility that meets the needs of our customers, with the aim of completing the facility in March 2026.
