The copletion ceremony of Yoshida Kaiun Logisolutions Co., Ltd.’s “Kasuya-gun Hisayama-cho Logistics Facility Project (tentative name)” was held on November 14,2024.

This facility was planned as a BTS-type box facility equipped with material handling systems provided by Maruwa Unyu Kikan Co., Ltd., the tenant.
The planned site is located in Hisayama-cho, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka, and is within 2 km of the Fukuoka interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, a major transportation network, making it very convenient for transportation.

We have been involved in the project from the basic planning and general contractor selection phase, through to the design and construction supervision with the selected partner, Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd. to the completion of the building.

This facility has material handling equipment installed on each floor by the tenants, and as a result, it is a large-scale warehouse space that has received a significant exemption from fire prevention zoning. In addition, various rooms have been arranged in the core areas on the first and second floors, and the facility has been completed to meet the needs of the tenant.

From now on, we hope that this facility will play a part in the logistics infrastructure, and that it will contribute to the further business development of the owner, Yoshida Kaiun Logistics Solutions Co., Ltd., and the company using the facility, Maruwa Unyu Kikan Co., Ltd.
