The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Hayashima Ⅳ” was held.
The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Hayashima Ⅳ”, which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on November 11, 2024.
This facility is located approximately 1.9 km from the Hayashima IC in Hayashima-cho, Tsukubo-gun, which is adjacent to Okayama City, and is located in an area where there is a concentration of logistics facilities. As a hub base for the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, it is a location with high potential that will also help to solve the 2024 problem.
A tenant has already been decided for this facility, and we have been proceeding with the project as a BTS-type dedicated facility.
We have been promoting the project by attracting tenant companies, and supervising the basic plan and basic design.
This project not only prioritizes the usability of the tenant companies, but also has specifications that allow for the introduction of cold storage warehouses, making it a facility that can respond to the diverse needs of customers. In addition, the warehouse is also equipped with air conditioning, making it a facility that prioritizes the operational efficiency of tenant companies and a comfortable working environment for employees.
We will continue to supervise construction work and promote the creation of safe, high-quality logistics facilities.
