The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Kumamoto Ozu Ⅳ” , which F&P provided structural design supervision service, was held on September 30, 2024.

This facility is located approximately 7km north of Kumamoto Airport, 11km from the Kumamoto Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, and 16km from the Mashiki Kumamoto Airport Interchange, making it an excellent location for deliveries not only within the prefecture but throughout Kyushu as a whole.
In addition, it is located near an industrial park where some of the world’s leading semiconductor companies and semiconductor equipment manufacturers are concentrated, and it is an area where there is a high demand for advanced logistics facilities as a base for storing related parts and precision machinery.

This facility was developed as a BTS facility for KINTETSU LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, INC., which is responsible for transporting semiconductors, PCs, servers, etc., and is equipped with transport facilities that enable efficient logistics operations and a full-building air conditioning system that takes into account the working environment of employees.

We have been supervising the structural design, and after construction begins, we will continue to supervise the construction to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and that the facility will be a source of joy for everyone.
