The construction of Toagosei’s “Toagosei Nagoya Logistics Center” was completed.
The completion ceremony pf Toagosei’s “Toagosei Nagoya Logistics Center”, which F&P provided project management, was held on September 3, 2024.
This facility is located next to the Funami Interchange on the Nagoya Expressway Route 4 Tokai Line, and has good transport accessibility, making it an ideal location for a logistics hub.
By utilizing the vacant site of the Nagoya Plant of Toagosei Co., Ltd., the aim is to consolidate the goods that were scattered around the plant and in external warehouses, and to operate the facility efficiently. There is a dry warehouse and a hazardous materials warehouse on the same site.
In addition to using the warehouse for in-house purposes, it will also be used as a rental warehouse that can be operated as a sales warehouse, with the aim of generating revenue through rental income.
We have been promoting projects by conducting various surveys, creating basic plans, and supervising basic design, implementation design, and construction from the business review stage.
We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Toagosei Co., Ltd.
