The safety prayer ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and Toyota Housing’s “Mintato-ku Nagoya-shi Touchi Logistics Project (tentative name)” , which F&P provide supervision service, was held on August 28, 2024.

This facility is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed as the first joint project between Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Toyota Housing Corporation.
The site is located approximately 4.2km from the Komei Interchange on the Nagoya Expressway No.4 Tokai Line, approximately 4.0km from the Nanyo Interchange on the Nagoya 2nd Ring Road, and approximately 19 minutes on foot from the Arakogawa Station on the Aonami Line of the Nagoya Rinkai Rapid Transit, making it a rare location that is close to the center of Nagoya. The surrounding area has a large population, making it a good location for attracting people.

We provided support for the planning of the project from the stage of making volume designs for the site, and after the project was decided, we were in charge of design supervision. From now on, we will be providing construction supervision and supporting the total project.

We will continue to promote the project with the aim of creating a high-quality facility that meets the needs of the business owner and the tenants who will use the facility, with completion scheduled for the end of November 2025.
