The groundbreaking ceremony of Mitsui ＆ Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “Okayama Hayashima Project”, which F&P provides construction management service, was held on July 31, 2024.

This facility is located approximately 3.0 km from the Sanyo Expressway Hayashima IC, and is a wide-area distribution hub that can deliver to a wide area, including the Kansai, Chugoku/Shikoku, and Kyushu areas.

In this case, F&P provided service as project manager, supervising the design and promoting the project.
During the design phase, we were initially scheduled to start work from the implementation design supervision, but were involved from the basic design review, and we confirmed that the plans and specifications that the customer was looking for were reflected in the plans. During the construction phase, we will promote this project while checking the progress and construction quality.

We will continue to contribute to the completion of a high-quality logistics facility, with completion scheduled for the end of October 2025.
