The construction of Fukuoka Jisho and CRE’s “LogiCity Ogoori” was completed.

The construction ceremony of Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. and CRE, Inc.’s “LogiCity Ogoori”, which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on July 26, 2024.

The construction site is located in an area with excellent transportation access, adjacent to the Chikugo Ogori Interchange on the Oita Expressway and a main road. The facility is made up of two buildings: a three-story dry warehouse building of approximately 27,400 m² and a single-story hazardous materials warehouse building.

Our company has been involved in the project from the basic planning stage, and has been promoting the project through basic design, implementation design, and supervision.

In this project, the logistics facility was constructed with consideration for the district planning and landscape regulations being promoted by Ogori City, and in particular, the plan took into account the color restrictions for the exterior walls and roof, as well as the surrounding environment, with consideration given to the green spaces and fence shapes.
In addition, the construction of the surrounding logistics facilities coincided with the construction of the building, but we were able to complete the building within the construction period without accident, while also taking into consideration safety management for the surrounding residents.
