The ground-breaking ceremony of “Expansion of Logisteed Chemical Otsu Distribution Center”, which F&P provides design and construction supervision service, was held on July 23, 2024.

The Otsu Distribution Center was completed in January 2022, with F&P’s design and construction supervision service. In this project, a new hazardous materials warehouse and a new packing station will be constructed, in a good location that is close to the Keiji Bypass and the Shinmeishin Expressway, which can cover the whole of the Kansai region.
In addition, the hazardous materials warehouse is fully air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable working environment.

In the first phase of construction in 2022, new construction was carried out using a method that designated only the central part of the site as the development area. This time, as the plan was for a site that was outside the development area, we were able to successfully start construction after consulting with and discussing the matter with Otsu City, and with the cooperation of the design and construction company, Toyo Construction Co., Ltd.

We will continue to promote the project so that it will be a high-quality facility upon completion in March 2025.
