The safety prayer ceremony of Itochu and Itochu Property Development’s “I MISSIONS PARK Tanotsu”, which F&P provide design supervision service, was held on May 24, 2024.

This facility is a multi-tenant dry warehouse that has been developed in a convenient location, close to the Fukuoka IC on the Kyushu Expressway and National Route 210, at a distribution center in a part of Kyushu where there is a growing need for logistics facilities.
Although the plan is based on renting out the entire building, we have arranged for a cargo elevator and a vertical conveyor on both the east and west sides of the building, so that cargo can be moved smoothly in a vertical direction.

Our company has been involved in the project from the basic planning stage, and has been promoting the project as a design supervisor.
Despite its compact design, which makes full use of the building coverage ratio due to the narrow site, the facility has been designed with consideration for the usability required by tenant companies of multi-tenant logistics facility.

We will continue to contribute to the project as construction supervisor, with completion scheduled for summer 2025.
