The opening ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Kitakami Kanegasaki”, which F&P provided supervision service, was held on June, 2024.

Prologis Park Kitakami Kanegasaki, located in Kanegasaki Town, Iwate, is one of the largest multi-tenant large-scale logistics facilities (warehouse) in the Tohoku area.
The site is adjacent to the Kitakami Kanegasaki Interchange in Iwate, a logistics network in the Tohoku region, and is located approximately 2.0 km from National Route 4, making it conveniently accessible as a distribution hub in the Tohoku region between Morioka City and Sendai City.

During the design phase, we will provide design supervision and promote the project, and after the construction starts, we will be responsible for construction supervision and promote the project.
This project aims to provide a high-performance logistics facility that can cope with the fluctuating climate in a snowy region, in addition to functionality that will enable efficient logistics operations.

With the intention of ProLogis, who has been an industry leader in the transition to a decarbonized society, we will contribute to the creation of high-quality logistics facilities that will reduce the environmental burden of logistics operations.
