The construction of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate’s “Kashiwa Kazehaya 1-chome Logistics Center” was completed.
The completion ceremony of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate’s “Kashiwa Kazehaya 1-chome Logistics Center”, which F&P provided construction management service, was held on June 6, 2024.
The facility is planned to be located in the Kazehaya Industrial Park adjacent to National Route 16 on the Metropolitan Loop Road, making it an ideal location for a logistics base for the Tokyo metropolitan area.
In addition, bus transportation is available from JR Kashiwa Station, making commuting convenient for those working at the facility.
In this project, MHI provided project management, design and construction supervision, and promoted the project. During the design phase, we confirmed that the plans and specifications required by the client were reflected in the plans, and during the construction phase, we provided total support for the project by checking the progress and quality of construction.
We expect that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd., the owner of the project, as a facility that will play a key role in the logistics infrastructure of the region.
