The groundbreaking ceremony of Tokyu Land Corporation’s “Logi’Q Sendai Airport Minami (tentative name)” , which we are providing project management service, was held on May 9, 2024.

This facility is located approximately 4 km from Sendai Airport. It is located close to the “Sendai Airport Interchange” and “Iwanuma Interchange” on the Sendai-Tobu Road, only a few minutes’ drive away, and about 20 km from the Port of Sendai, making it an ideal location for a logistics base due to its excellent transportation access.

The building is a four-story, slope-type dry multi-storage warehouse with truck berths set up on the north-south side of the first floor and the north side of the second floor. The space can be leased to a maximum of six tenants, allowing for flexible parcel allocation.

We have been entrusted with project management services and have supervised the confirmation, verification, design review, etc. of the basic design and implementation design. In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision to confirm and verify appropriate processes, costs, quality, etc.

The project will be completed in August 2025, with the aim of creating a high-quality facility to meet the needs of our customers.
