The groundbreaking ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate’s “Ayase Fukayakami Logistics Facility Plan (tentative name)”, which we are providing project management service, was held on April 26, 2024.

　

This facility is the fourth in the “AS-LOGI” series developed by TC Kobelco Real Estate and the first logistics facility in the Tokyo region. Located in the Ayase Industrial Park, the facility can operate 24 hours a day, making it a highly versatile multi-tenant facility.
It also has excellent transportation access, located approximately 3 km from the Ayase Smart Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, and can make deliveries to central and wide areas of the city using the Tomei Expressway and Ken-O Expressway. The location is also close to the urban area centered on Ayase City Hall, and is a 6-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, offering high expectations for employee employment.

　

We supported this project by providing basic planning, basic design, and supervision of the implementation design.

　

We will be involved in the construction supervision for completion in September 2025, and will contribute to the completion of a quality logistics facility in accordance with the customer’s needs.
