The construction of Mitsui Fudosan’s “MFLP Sendai Natori I” was completed.
The completion ceremony of Mitsui Fudosan’s “MFLP Sendai Natori I”, which F&P provided owner support service, was held on May 23, 2024.
This facility is the first Tohoku project in Mitsui Fudosan’s MFLP series of logistics facility development.
The planned site is located in Iinozaka, Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture, approximately 1 km from the Natori Chuo Smart Interchange on the Sendai East Road, and is conveniently located with easy access to National Route 4. It is also well connected to the Tohoku Expressway, making it a hub connecting not only the Sendai area but also the Kanto and northeastern Tohoku regions.
In this project, we provided owner support services to Mitsui Fudosan, from basic planning to the completion of construction, and promoted the project.
The facility is one-way with the road IN on the north side and OUT on the south side, and the main road on the east side is kept clear of traffic congestion caused by trucks entering and exiting the facility. In addition, the center core and common areas have been reduced to increase the rental floor area, and the overall site has been arranged to make the best use of the site.
We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of the owner, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and the tenants who use the facility, as a facility that plays a role in the logistics infrastructure of the region.
