The construction of UI Group’s “UI Konan Logistics Center Phase I (tentative name)” was completed.

The completion ceremony of UI Group’s “UI Konan Logistics Center Phase I (tentative name)” , which F&P provided project management service, was held on April 26, 2024.

The facility is a large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility located in Konan, Shiga, about 3 km east of the Ritto Konan Interchange.

We provided design supervision and construction supervision as part of our project supervision services, and supported the project’s implementation.

This project was UI Group’s first large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility development, and from the basic design stage, F&P precisely checked the functionality, performance, and quality of the project. Once the tenant was selected, we coordinated with the designers to create a facility that reflected the tenant’s vision while taking into consideration the facility’s versatility. During the construction phase, we provided advice on the quality and safety that the project owner required, thereby supporting the creation of an optimal facility for the project owner.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the UI Group’s further business development, and we will continue to support for creation of a high-quality facility that meets the needs of customers.
