The construction of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “Ichinomiya Yamato Logistics Center (tentative name)” has started.

The ground-breaking ceremony of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “Ichinomiya Yamato Logistics Center (tentative name)”, which we provide construction management service, was held on may 9, 2024.

The site is located near the Ichinomiya Inazawa Kita Interchange on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway. In addition to transportation and delivery to and from Nagoya, a major consumption center, the area offers convenient access to the Meishin Expressway and Nagoya Expressway Route 16, making it an area that can meet a wide variety of needs.　　

Despite its compact design, the facility is equipped with the functions of a standard logistics facility and is capable of accommodating multiple tenants.
We have been conducting supervision services from the basic design stage. After the start of construction, we will provide advice on the construction process and offer total support for the project.

We will continue to promote the project toward completion, aiming to create a high-quality facility in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
