The ground-breaking ceremony of Proloigs and Sashida Warehouse “Prologis Urban Tokyo Kinshicho 1 Project”, which we provide design supervision service, was held on April 23.
“ProLogis Urban” is a brand of logistics facilities developed by ProLogis to realize efficient delivery in the world’s most densely populated cities such as Tokyo, London, New York, and Paris.
This facility is not only conveniently located near JR Kinshicho Station and the Kinshicho Toll Gate of the Metropolitan Expressway, but is also situated in an excellent surrounding environment in front of the Sarue Onshi Park, and is expected to be used as a new business hub that goes beyond the boundaries of existing offices and logistics facilities.
We have conducted administrative consultations at the planning stage, assisted in the selection of design and construction companies, and provided various types of advice at the design stage.
After the start of construction, we will continue to provide advice to the construction company as construction supervisor and contribute to the completion of a high-quality facility to realize “a facility that meets diverse needs.”
