The ground-breaking ceremony of Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Inc.’s “Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Sano Tanuma Frozen/Chilled Logistics Warehouse (tentative name)” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Inc.’s “Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Sano Tanuma Frozen/Chilled Logistics Warehouse (tentative name)”, which we are providing design and supervision services, was held on April 17, 2024.
This is the second chilled and frozen warehouse building in the “Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Sano Tanuma Frozen/Chilled Logistics Warehouse”, which was completed in 2019 with design and supervision services provided by our company.
The site is located in an urbanization control area, for which we applied for certification under the Comprehensive Logistics Efficiency Improvement Act. Having successfully received the certification, we are now promoting the construction plan at the planned site, which is located within 1 km from the Sano Tanuma Interchange on the Kita-Kanto Expressway and is ideal for access to a wide area.
We will continue to promote the project toward completion in mid-June 2025 with the aim of creating even higher quality facilities in line with customer needs.
