The ground-breaking ceremony of Meitetsu City Design Co., Ltd.’s “MCD-LOGI Komaki New Construction”, which we provide construction management, was held on March 25, 2024.
This facility is the first logistics facility development project for Meitetsu City Design Co., Ltd., and is a multi-tenant logistics facility under the brand name “MCD-LOGI”.
The site is located at the Komaki City Truck Terminal, one of the nation’s leading logistics hubs, adjacent to the Meishin Expressway, Chuo Expressway, Tomei Expressway, etc., making it a highly versatile location suitable not only for Nagoya City and its suburbs, but also for wide-area delivery.
We were in charge of construction management during the basic planning and design phases.
We will continue to support the completion of the building in the spring of 2025 ( scheduled), with the goal of creating a high-quality facility that meets the needs of our clients with no accidents or disasters.
