The construction of Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd.’s “DPL Sendai RifuⅡ” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd.’s “DPL Sendai RifuⅡ”, which F&P provided design and supervision service, was held on March 27, 2024.

The facility is located approximately 1.0 km from the Rifu-Shirakashidai Interchange on the Sendai-Hokubu Road, and has good access to Sendai Station (15 km), Sendai Port (1 km), and Sendai Airport (34 km), all of which are major areas in the Tohoku region. The area is also a bedroom community for Sendai City, and there are newly developed residential areas around the facility, providing a good working environment.

It is a two-story, sloped logistics facility with berths on both the first and second floors, and when combined with DPL Sendai Rifu I in Phase I, it will be the largest logistics facility in the region, with a total floor area of approximately 70,000㎡.

From the standpoint of design supervisor, we contributed to the realization of a simple, easy-to-use logistics facility with a plan that emphasizes operational efficiency with basic specifications.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and will continue to support them in their efforts to create a high-quality facility that meets the needs of their customers.
