The construction of Izumi Logistics Co.,Ltd.’s “Yonezawa Logistics Center” was completed.

The completion celebration of “Yonezawa Logistics Center” for Izumi Logistics Co.,Ltd., for which we provided project management, was held on March 25, 2024.　

The facility is a three-temperature zone warehouse capable of frozen, refrigerated, and temperature-controlled warehouse storage, planned by Izumi Logistics for the purpose of contributing to society by providing logistics services for the storage and transportation of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical-related products, which are expected to be in high demand in the future.

This facility complies with GDP guidelines, which are standards for the proper distribution of pharmaceuticals, and GMP regulations, which are standards for manufacturing management and quality control.
From a GDP perspective, the facility is equipped with an emergency power generation system that can operate for 7 days without shutting down the facility in the event of a power outage. With the creation of a facility in a snowy region in mind, we aimed to create a base facility capable of providing high-quality distribution services for pharmaceuticals.

We assisted in project management from basic planning, design supervision including verification, validation, and design review, and construction supervision for construction process, safety, quality, and cost management.

We hope that this facility will contribute to further business development of Izumi Logistics in the future.
