The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP SJL Sakai”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision service, was held on February 22, 2024.

The property is located approximately 3.5 km from Sanbo JCT on the Hanshin Expressway No. 4 Wangan Route and the Hanshin Expressway No. 6 Yamatogawa Route, and approximately 10 km from Osaka Nanko, and is a four-story facility with a total floor area of 92,212.53m2 .
This project is a development project by a JV formed by Jusda Supply Chain Management Co., LTD. and Sharp Jusda Logistics Corporation (“SJL”) and GLP Group, and is a dedicated center by SJL’s BTS.

We promoted the project by providing supervision service from the basic design phase to the completion of construction.　
The project incorporates customer needs while taking versatility into consideration. The facility is designed with an emphasis on operational efficiency by adding vertical conveyors, increasing floor load capacity, and installing temperature-controlled warehouses. In addition, by installing a solar power generation system on the roof, it is expected that 50% of the expected electricity consumption will be provided by on-site solar power generation, supporting the company’s efforts to decarbonize its operations.
