The construction of Fujita Corporation’s “Onkata 14-A Logistics Plan” has started.
The ground-breaking ceremony of Fujita Corporation’s “Onkata 14-A Logistics Plan”, which we provide design supervision service, was held on February 14, 2024.
The site is located 3 minutes from the Nihondairakunouzan Smart Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, making it an ideal location for wide-area deliveries. The building is a 5-story box-type facility, planned as a BTS project for a specific tenant, with an effective height of 5.5 meters for the first floor and 3.5 meters for the second through fifth floors, to suit the convenience of the tenant who plans to move in.
F&P was in charge of design and supervision and have been promoting this project from the beginning.
