The completion ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Kashiwa”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on November 29, 2023.

The site is located approximately 1.4 km from the Kashiwa Interchange on Joban Expressway and approximately 0.9 km from the Toyofuta Industrial Park entrance on National Route 16, making it an ideal location for deliveries to a wide area and the Tokyo metropolitan area.
It is also within walking distance of the Tsukuba Express Kashiwa-Tanaka Station, and buses are available from JR Kashiwa Station, making commuting convenient for those working at the facility.

The building is a four-story box-type facility with excellent BCP performance, a 72-hour emergency power generator, manhole toilets, BELS★5, ZEB certification, and a B+ rank in the “CASBEE Kashiwa” rating, making it an environmentally friendly building as well.
The facility is also highly versatile, with loading capacities for office rooms on each floor set equal to those of a warehouse, and structural specifications that allow for the installation of additional vertical conveyor equipment.

F&P provided total support to Hulic by handling various studies, basic planning, basic design, implementation design supervision, and construction supervision from the project study stage.
