The construction of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Kadoma” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Kadoma”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision, was held on January 16, 2024.

It is the fifth logistics facility in the Kinki region to be developed under the “LOGIFRONT” series, the logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and the facility will be rented by Nippon Express Co.,Ltd.

The planned site is located within walking distance from Kadoma Minami Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line (approx. 700m) and close to the Kadoma Interchange on Daini-Keihan Road (approx. 1.0km), making it a rare suitable logistics site.

We prepared volume drawings for Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. while they were considering a project on this site, and then provided design supervision and construction supervision services to provide total support for this project.
In spite of the short construction period, we proceeded to the completion of the project by examining and confirming various aspects such as the traffic flow plan to improve usability even at the construction drawing stage.

As a facility that plays a part in the logistics infrastructure, we hope that it will contribute to the business development of both the owner, Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.
