The construction of GENEQ Corporation’s “Fukuoka Logitec Center” was completed.

The completion ceremony of GENEQ Corporation’s “Fukuoka Logitec Center”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on December 19, 2023.

This facility is located in the Kashiihama district of the eastern area of Fukuoka City, and is a logistics warehouse and multi-roof building that stores cargo from the export and import of Hakata Port.

With providing project management service, F&P conducted basic planning, design supervision, and construction supervision, and promoted the project.

In this project, we held close consultations with the Fukuoka Port and Harbor Bureau located in the Waterfront Area during the basic plan, and also held discussions with the fire department, police, and other government agencies in order to install three places of access from the Waterfront Road around the site.
We strived to construct the spatial configuration requested by GENEQ while complying with the Kashii Park Port Landscape Formation Guidelines in addition to the regulations for buildings in the port district.
As for the refreshment room, it has an open space design with a good view of the harbor.

During the construction phase, we provided advice on confirming production deadlines and managing milestones due to the tight construction schedule, and were able to complete the project according to the master process.
In terms of quality, we sought to create better buildings by providing advice on site patrols and checking construction plans.
In addition, the construction method for the warehouse floor was discussed with the contractor, and a high-quality floor with minimal landslides and cracks was constructed.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of GENEQ Corporation.
