The safety prayer ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics NodaⅡ” , which F&P provides project management service, was held on December 11, 2023.

The location facing the intersection of National Highway No.16 “Noda City Station Entrance” is approximately 6.2 kilometers from Joban-do “Kashiwa” IC and is ideally suited for wide-area and metropolitan-area transportation. In addition, convenience stores are adjacent to each other, providing convenience for people working at facilities.
The building is a four-story boxed-type facility with excellent BCP performance. The building is installed with 72-hour emergency generator, and is scheduled to receive CASBEE A rank and BELS 5, environmentally friendly. In addition, a portion of the truck berth can be used for large truck parking, and this facility serves as an intermediate base with a truck parking space.

F&P was in charge of design supervision and supported the project. In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision and support this project as a whole.

In the future, we will continue to play a role in the development of our customers’ businesses and promote projects aimed at creating even higher quality facilities that meet customer needs.
