The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP SakaikogaⅠ” , which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on December 11, 2023.

This facility is located in the Saruyama-Kaike Area Development Project in Sarujima-gun, Ibaraki Prefecture, and is planned along National Route 354 approximately 400m of Sakaikogawa IC, the central highway. Route 354 by-pass is scheduled to be connected to Route 4 of the national highway, which is expected to improve the convenience of deliveries to the Tokyo area and the Northern Kanto area.
The building is a multi-tenant logistics facility with a four-story single lamp. The first floor is a double-sided berth, with one side as a low floor berth. It is also suited to a wide range of tenant needs, with a minimum of about 2,800㎡ zones.

F&P promoted basic design supervision and implementation design supervision. After the start of construction, we will be in charge of construction supervision, and will provide total support for the project.

We will continue to promote the project with the aim of creating high-quality facilities in line with customer needs in preparation for completion in April 2025.
