The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Hayashima Ⅲ(tentative name)”, which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on December 8, 2023.
The facility is located about 1.9km from “Hayashima IC” in Hayashima-cho, Tsukubo-gun, adjacent to Okayama City, and is one corner of a series of logistics facilities. As a hub base in the Mid-Shikoku area, this location has a high potential to help resolve the 2024 problem. This facility is a BTS type dedicated facility with Ryobi Transport Company as the tenant, which is the logistics division of Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd.
F&P have been engaged in design supervision from the basic design phase of this project.
This project has a facility that emphasizes the efficiency of customer operations and the comfortable working environment for employees, including the installation of low-floor and high-floor berths and the installation of air conditioning in warehouses.
We will continue to take charge of construction supervision and will promote the creation of safe, high-quality logistics facilities with a view to completing construction in January 2025.
