The safety prayer ceremony of LOGISTEED Chemical’s “LOGISTEED Chemical Kyoto Kameoka Logistics Center (tentative name) ” , which F&P provides project management service, was held on December 8, 2023.
The facility is one of the largest hazardous materials warehouse complexes in the Kansai area, and will be constructed by LOGISTEED Chemical, Ltd. in a section of the Shino-cho Corporate Complex in Kameoka City.
The property is conveniently located approximately 1.1 km from the Shino Interchange on the Kyoto Longitudinal Expressway, and is surrounded by residential areas, making it an advantageous location for securing employment for tenant companies.
We have been involved in this project from the stage of land acquisition by LOGISTEED Chemical, and have provided basic planning, design contractor selection support, and design supervision services.
During the design phase, there were many difficulties in arranging the multiple hazardous materials warehouses, but we worked with the general contractor to finalize the plan.
In the future, we will work together to contribute to the creation of a high-quality facility through construction supervision work to ensure that the facility generates sufficient value as a key warehouse in the Kansai area.
