The construction of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Morioka” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Morioka”, which F&P provided construction supervision, was held on November 28, 2023.

The facility is conveniently located 4.5 km from the Morioka Minami Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway and is connected to the Akita and Kamaishi Expressways adjacent to Prefectural Route 15, making it a potential transit point for Morioka City, Hanamaki City, and the northern Tohoku region.

This project was located on a hilly site with a difference in elevation, so the construction work had to be carried out on uneven ground, and it was important to coordinate the construction schedule with the development work.

In this case, we provided on-site support and supervision services for construction supervision in a snowy cold region from the perspective of our experience in cold regions, enabling us to provide high-quality buildings to our clients.

We will continue to contribute to the creation of high-quality logistics facilities for Prologis and contribute to the development of logistics in the East Japan region.
