The completion ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Noda I” was held.

The completion ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Noda I”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on October 26, 2023.

The site faces the Noda-shi Station Entrance intersection on National Route 16 and is located approximately 6.2 km from the Kashiwa Interchange on Joban Expressway, making it an ideal location for deliveries to a wide area and the Tokyo metropolitan area.

The building is a four-story box-type facility with excellent BCP performance, 72-hour emergency power generator, and plans to obtain CASBEE A-rank and BELS★5 certification, making it an environmentally friendly building as well.
In addition, office space is provided on each floor, and a cafeteria is located on the fourth floor, making the facility highly convenient for the users.

We provided total support to Hulic Co., Ltd. for this project, from the project study phase through various surveys, basic plan, development design, design supervision, and construction supervision.

We will continue to play a part in our customers’ development business breakthroughs and aim to create even higher quality facilities in line with customer needs.
