The ground-breaking ceremony of Yoshida Kaiun Logisolutions Co., Ltd.’s “Kasuya-gun Hisayama-cho Logistics Facility Project (tentative name)” was held on October 6, 2023.

The facility is a BTS-type box-type facility with material handling by the tenant.
The planned site is located in Hisayama-machi, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka, within 2km of the Fukuoka Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, a major transportation network.

We have promoted the project by conducting the basic planning and GC selection, and supervising the basic design and implementation design by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.

The project target is to complete the facility mainly based on a material handling system deployment plan by the tenants. During the design phase to date, the design documents have been completed after repeated design changes, such as consultations with the fire safety inspector to exempt the building from fire prevention zoning for the material handling system deployment, and revisions to the layout plan of various rooms on the first and second floor core areas.

We will be in charge of construction supervision for the completion of the project in October 2024.
Following the design phase, we will continue to promote this project to ensure that the facility will meet and satisfy the needs of our customers.
